Every summer, Kingdom Life Church—under the banner of Life International Fellowship Church—brings the neighborhood together for a powerful celebration of community: the Good Neighbors Community Block Party.
Celebrating Together
On Saturday, August 17, 2024, Dr. Walter Hardy Park (2020 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue) was packed with hundreds of families for the 3rd Annual Block Party, held from noon to 4 p.m. This family-friendly event offered fun, fellowship, and free resources geared toward uniting the East Knoxville community.
More Than Just a Gathering
This isn’t just a party—it’s a platform for impact:
- The event welcomed 800–1,000 community members
- It recognized local veterans in a heartfelt tribute
- Multiple $1,000 scholarships were awarded to deserving high school graduates in East Knoxville
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Life International creates tangible outreach through programs that immerse faith-driven unity, spiritual development, and educational opportunity.
